The Route
Expected Weather Pattern
This is passage takes place at the end of the summer/beginning of the fall in the North Sea. Much of it will be upwind, as we beat against the prevailing southwesterlies. The good news is that the weather changes often this time of year in the North Sea, so you’ll get a little bit of everything. But expect cold, wet conditions at the start out of Bergen, with temperatures getting warmer as we sail south.
