Synopsis
FALKEN’s first passage ‘off the deep end’ so to speak, skippered by Andy Schell. We’ll leave the cozy confines of our de facto home port in Portsmouth and head west, to another of our favorite stops at Kinsale, Ireland. Getting west will give us a chance to shakedown the boat ahead of the trans-Atlantic and position ourselves better for the Biscay crossing coming up.
We’ll be sailing along the famous Fastnet Race route across the Irish Sea, with options to go nonstop, or pop into Falmouth en route. If we have time, we’ll continue west past Kinsale and round Fastnet Rock itself, making our first Irish landfall at Crookhaven before continuing down the coast to Kinsale.

We now reserve two spots for women on all of our passages! Learn more here.
